Shoes

Finding comfortable shoes that don't look too dowdy is hard. I've been wearing Cole Haan penny loafers all year and while they are comfortable in the beginning of the day, they are not that great towards the end of the day and my feet swell up. As it gets warmer, I don't think I will be wearing those shoes anymore and will move on to sandals (hopefully I will be able to get away with wearing open-toed shoes). I have a a pair of Aerosole sandals that are not bad. I am on the lookout for another pair.

I just bought and received a pair of J Crew sandals in sandstone: http://www.jcrew.com/womens_category/shoes/flatsandals/PRDOVR~45434/45434.jsp
They are okay as far as walking around the city and sitting down every now and then. I don't think they will hold up for school though.

I am looking at these and they appeal to me and look comfortable:

I like the wine color since I have way too many black shoes. Plus the J Crew ones have two annoying buckles, this has only one.

Not too comfortable, but so cute:

I think the bright yellow would be a nice change.
